How do I set expiry for all existing/new subscribers to a certain date was created by Timmy Ambali
Hi Tuan,
I have three subscription plans running smoothly. However, the business model changed, and we have decided that all subscriptions must end at the same time, regardless of when the subscription starts.
I have now set the configuration for each plan to a Fixed Expiration Date, but I discovered all previous subscriptions' start/end dates are still not uniform, as I would want currently.
I tried the Batch process action and the only available option is to extend their expiry by certain duration.
How can I reset both pending/new subscriptions to be on a uniform date of expiry going forward, I know I can do this one after the other for each subscription but that would be time consuming.
Thanks for your expected response.

Currently, we do not have that option available. But we can help writing and running a SQL command to update the change. Please submit a support ticket sending us super user account of your site, tell us ID of the plans you want to change the date and what should be the date
I will then help making the change for you. Before we make the change, please make a backup of your site database (or at least #__osmembership_subscribers table, just in case I mis-understand your request)
Regards,
Tuan
