Hi,
the installation of Membership Pro cannot reach success on my new site made by Joomshaper Helix 3 and Joomla 4.4.13

Following the errors:
JInstaller: :Install: Error SQL Specified key was too long; max key length is 767 bytes
Extension installation stopped.
Package Install: There was an error installing an extension: com_osmembership.zip×

There must be something special on your site causing this error. Please submit a support ticket sending us super user account of your site so that we can check and install it for you

It is a fresh installation of Helix 3 Joomshaper without any configuration yet.
