site permissions restricted

Hello. my website is 8404coaching.com as you can see it is now allowing public views and I cannot figure out why. 

1. I've checked ALL the permissions and all are set to 'inherent' from the system permissions which is correct.
2. Navigating to the home url redirects to this url 8404coaching.com/index.php/component/osm...=0&filter_plan_ids=1 . 
3. When I go the see what is and I don't see a plan with ids=1.
4. I've disabled the component and the site works perfectly fine which tells me the problem is somewhere within the component
5. The last thing I was doing before this all happened was that I was creating a new plan and then deleted it.

Can someone please give me some guidance on this?

You should create a menu item to link to plans list default layout menu item type of Membership Pro for example, so that the URL redirect looks better and we will go from there

I did this but that didn't solve the problem as you can see the site is still not viewable by the public. how do i submit a support ticket? can you please assist with basic setup?
