Administrator navigation was created by Jennifer Howe
Hi,
Navigating around Membership Pro is really easy. However when selecting a plan, and checking out details for an individual, the navigation doesn't revert back to the plan selected (as would be logical) but instead it takes you back to ALL the plans. Is there a way to change this?

Many thanks
Jenny

Hi Jenny

The description of the issue is not very clear to me. Could you please explain more details about it? Step by step how I can see the issue myself ?

Ah sorry. I will try and explain it better.

1: You open Membership Pro - 'Subscriptions'
2: You filter by 'select plan' eg 1 month subscription plan
3: You click on a subscriber to edit their subscription eg you want to refund them.
4: You save and close that persons subscription plan.
5: By closing the plan you are back in the 'subscriptions' dashboard.
6: The dashboard has reverted back to showing all plans instead of the plan you were filtering by.

I want to know if its possible to stop the dashboard reverting to 'all plans' and show the plan you were filtering by?

I hope that makes more sense?
Jenny

Hi Jenny

It is something with the plans filter dropdown. If this is really important for you, please submit a support ticket sending us super user account of your site. I will implement a small override to address this issue for you while trying to find a better solution

Regards,

Tuan
