Multiple JoomDonation extensions are failing to update, displaying the error: 
Update: Could not open update site #23 "Membership Pro Extension", URL: joomdonation.com/updates/membershippro.xml

I have no clue why your site could not open that URL. Could you please submit a support ticket sending us super user account of your site so that I can check that?
