Recurring Subscription renewal was created by rickei
My client says her subscriptions are not auto-renewing with authorize.net
She has Gym memberships that should renew each month.
I have the "System - Membership Pro Update Subscribers Status" plugin enabled and the cache time set to one hour. (Default)
The Last Run Time says 1741297421... I don't know what that means
I have system system caching turned off in the Global Configuration for the site...does it need to be turned on for the plugin to work?
Also I do have grace period set to 0 miutes
I have attached a screen shot of the subscription settings

The plan setting looks good, and it does not depend on cache to work. So in your client case, exactly what does not work?
When someone subscribe for the plan, do you see any error? Is there any subscription created in the Authorize.net account?

It creates a subscription at authorize.net but only for one moth(obviously)
To the best of my understanding, she wants the membership info for the member to show that it ends in 6 months, but to bill them every month. I'm not sure how to set that up or if it is even possible
I think it is confusing to members when they view their plan, and it shows that it ends in one month.
From my previous post you can see that it is just setup as a simple monthly recurring subscription, Is there a different way to set this up so that it reflects a 6 month end date, but bills them monthly?
She previously used J2store, so I assume it worked differently
