Payment Required for Free Plan?

We have a option for a free plan that provides some very limited access to a sample amount of content.  There is an option to upgrade to a "premium" membership.

However, it seems that even though the basic membership is free, it seems that the user still has to enter payment information.

Is there a way to remove the requirement for a new member to enter in payment information for a free membership?

That is strange. If the plan is free, no payment information should be needed

You can submit a support ticket sending us super user account of your site and send me link to subscription form of the plan. I will check to see what's wrong here and guide you to correct it
