Registration redirecting to Login

We seem to have an issue with the registration page ( www.weremembersubmariners.com/membership/member-registration ) redirecting to Login. I've checked all of the permissions and access is set to "Public" on this menu item and the plan but for some reason it's just showing the Login page, any ideas please?

Could you please edit the plan, make sure Subscribe Access set to Public, then try again?
