It seems we have an issue with our database. In Membership Pro we have 1001 "Subscribers" but when we go into the subscribers table in PHPMyAdmin it's showing jos_osmembership_subscribers as having 1257 rows. So we have 257 missing records not showing in Membership Pro.

We created some Groups in Membership Pro, and selected the users (they're in the Joomla users table) but how can we get these records to show in Membership Pro backend along with all Subscribers?

Hi

These are subscription records did not make payment for their subscriptions. So it is not considered as valid subscriptions, thus not being shown by default

If you want to see these subscription records, go to Membership Pro -> Configuration, set Show Incomplete Payment Subscriptions config option to Yes and these records will be displayed

Regards,

Tuan

Thank you for coming back to me so quickly. The option "Show Incomplete Payment Subscriptions" is already set to "Yes" but they're not showing.

No clue why it is not being shown. You can submit a support ticket sending us super user account of your site so that I can check it
