Autosubscribe was created by Robert Müller
Hi,
I have (maybe an understanding) problem using auto-subscribe.
Having plan A, price X and plan B, price y and autosubscribe plan A -> plan B.
Resulting subscriptions A and B have price X and 0 - respectively. Expected from my side was X and Y.
Do I miss something or is this intended behaviour?
THX,
Robert

Hi Robert
It should be X and 0. The reason is because the subscriber does not have to pay anything for B (auto subscribe)
Regards,
Tuan

Thanks for your quick reply! Hm, ok, I thought that it's something like this.
However, is there any other possibility to enforce subscription of pay plan "B" if user subscribes to "A"?
So user will be informed that there will be "B" if he subscribes to "A".
Story behind: Membership by subscribing "A" needs an insurance covered by "B". As there are upgrade options for "B", and it's different regarding accounting, I wanna separate "B" from "A".
Thanks a lot!

There is no way to have it works like that in Membership Pro, sorry. Each plan can have it own email messages. So if you want, you can setup email messages in plan A to tell users that they can/need to subscribe to plan B when they subscribe for plan A
But it is just a message to tell them about it. There is no way to force users to subscribe B if they subscribe to plan A
