I've encountered an issue with my setup. Whenever someone purchases a subscription, it is automatically placed in "pending validation" status. I'm wondering if I might have missed something in the configuration. Thanks in advance for your help!
Did they pay for the subscription? Normally, if everything is working as expected, after users pay for the subscription, the subscription status should be Paid, not Pending
