Am I correct that the Renew Options for an expire membership subscription are only for membership plans that a member has previously subscribed?
If so, how can a member subscribe a different membership plan when they renew each year without creating a new MembershipPro account/profile and a new Joomla user account?
They can just go to Plans List, subscribe for the plan they want. They can use existing account to login before continuing the subscription process, so they do not have to register for a new user account
