I read somewhere at one point you were implementing the ability to upgrade a subscription plan at time of renewal. Has that been implemented? If so, how do I configure Membership Pro to allow for this?
No, there is not an option like that. Usually, subscribers can access to user profile page. From there, he can choose renew/upgrade option they want to renew/upgrade their subscriptions
