Some reminder emails not being sent out

I have been using Membership Pro for years now.  Today we had a problem come up where a subscriber didn't receive any reminders until after their membership expired.  I checked the Emails Log and found that this person was indeed sent only the third reminder email, which I set to send after the subscription expires.  There is no record in the log of the first or second reminders being sent.

That subscription plan is set to send the first reminder 30 days before, the second 10 days before, and the third 1 day after.

At the moment I am not sure how many other reminder emails haven't sent out.  If there is one, there is likely more.

What would cause this to happen and how can I fix this?

For this, I will need to check it directly on your site. Please submit a support ticket sending us super user account of your site and tell me ID of the subscription record which is having the issue

We are going to check to see why the issue happens and get it sorted
