Im trying to understand the early renewal functionality and was wondering if it was possible to only allow EARLY RENEWAL of a non-recurring subscription if they do it before the expiration date? My goal in doing this to get get them to renew at the same price due to price increases or to convert to a recurring subscription.
That's unfortunately, not possible. And to be honest, if you do not allow users to renew their subscription after expiration date, they won't be able to renew and you will end up with loosing money. Not something I would do
Thanks for the quick response. Its not that I dont want them to renew, its that when I have price increases I want to encourage people to renew at the current price vs if they have other create a new subscription at a higher price.
