Header for sql custom field

Ffor a plan i successfully use a sql custom field which creates a dropdown.

Currently, the first value is always selected automatically. How can I insert a placeholder here?
For the Joomla sql form field this is e.g.header="Please select your option"

I just implemented support for it. You can download latest package from My Downloads section, upgrade to your site

Now, when you add/edit an SQL field, you can set the text you want into Prompt Text setting of the field and it will be used as the first/default option

Thank you very much for your quick reply. I have just downloaded the new version from "My Downloads", but cannot see the Prompt Text field. Will this header also work with the setting required like in the standard dropdown list?

That's strange. It should work with both SQL and List custom field types. You can submit a support ticket so that I can check to see what the field is not being displayed as expected

For custom fields of type list it is working and there is a promt text input field. But not fpr custom fields of type sql. There is no prompt text input field.
