Error message on Import subscriptions

I have imported one test file and it worked well except that I needed to massage the import file more to get all the data elements included correctly.
I have created a new file, with new data (5 rows), and some updates but now I continually get "There are 0 subscribers imported".  I cannot see what might be causing this as I compare the 2 files.  Is there someplace that error messages are available?  I see nothing in error_log.  I can raise a ticket and send the 2 files but they do contain a small amount of personal information so will not attach them here.  They do have all columns identified in csv import template (I can't find that again but I did use it) It seems that my template might be wrong as it rejects all records.  Even if it just rejected a single subscription I would like to be able to review any rejections so again would like to know where any errors or other messages are found.

Hi Lorna

There are some cases above, maybe you can check to see if it is applied to you:

1. The field has id column. But that column contains id of none existing user
2. The plan column is not available, or refer to a none existing plans
3. There email column is not available

If you cannot see the issues yourself, submit a support ticket sending us super user account of your site and send me the file which is having the issue. I will check and tell you the reasons

Thank you. I have them adding now but am having difficulty with the volunteer field that is a checkboxes field. I see how they look in the database, example -["Meet director","Mapping","Major Events] but if I load them like that I get
["\"Meet director\"","\"Mapping\"","\"MajorEvents\""] in the database and they don't show on subscriptions management. nor on the member's profile. What format do I need to import these selections into the field?

Could you please try to set the value as comma separated, like Meet director,Mapping,Major Events . Then try again to see if it works ?
