Coupons

Is there a method to create a Coupon that is for existing subscribers only and that it can be only used once?

We will be making some changes in our subscription plans and want to offer current users a one time discount.

Hi John

There is a way, but it requires some smart setup :

1. Configure Membership Pro to assign subscribers to certain user groups when they subscribe for your plans. See docs.joomdonation.com/membershippro/joomla-groups-integration for instructions

2. Create a new Access Level, select the above user groups for the access level

3. When you create coupon code, set Access of the coupon code to the access level above

That should work for your need

I have a user Group called Subscribers. That is for those people who have subscriptions. It seems like I could use that as the starting point for Access Group. I will need to review my setup more closely.

I did look at my Joomla setup it really looks like it only need to create another access level and add the Subscriber group to it.

If true that would be nice and solve some misuse of the coupon.
