Stripe Payment boxes hidden on page

Hello,
On my subscription page:

www.sherpareport.com/memberships.html

I cannot see the Stripe Payment credit card fields. When I look at the source code for the page, the input fields are there but they all have display:none set as inline CSS,

How can I remove this and display the fields?

Normally, it will be displayed when the payment method selected. On the page, I can see some javascript error and I guess that's the reason causing the error

For this, please submit a support ticket so that we can check it directly on your site to see why the issue happens and get it sorted
