Can't Upload File (Image) on Subscription Form was created by AdinaG

Hi

I'm trying to add a custom field to a subscription form/plan and when I click the button on the frontend, nothing happens.

I looked in the documentation and it's pretty generic so I'm not sure if there something I'm missing.

I'm in Joomla 5, Membership Pro 4.0.0, php 8.1

That's strange to me. For this, please submit a support ticket sending us:

1. Super user account of the site

2. Link to subscription form

3. Tell me Name/ID of the file

I will check directly on your site to see why it is not working and get it sorted
