Membership Card formatting

I have Membership Pro on Joomla 5 and I'm having difficulty formatting the membership card.  In the configuration I have  
But the resultant pdf file shows
 

It has picked up the correct [name]  but not any of the other tags, totally ignoring [PLAN_TITLE] and [MEMBERSHIP_ID] and displaying [END_DATE] which was the tag I first selected.  I have since tried [TO_DATE] and [PLAN_SUBSCRIPTION_TO_DATE].  
I cannot get the Logo to centre as it shows in the configuration.  It did change the page format width but not the length. 
Sometimes it seems to save some of my changes but others (like [END_DATE] -> [TO_DATE] ) are not saving at all.

I can send sign in authorization if needed.

Styling PDF is difficult, unlike styling HTML because PDF does not have good css support like HTML

You might want to try to install plugin docs.joomdonation.com/membershippro/plugins/mpdf , it supports css much better compare to the built-in TCPDF library

For tags not working, you can submit a support ticket sending us super user account of your site, and tell us the tags not working. We will check and get it corrected for you
