Renew after recurring subscription canceled?

Hello,
How can I allow members who have canceled a recurring subscription to either renew it or sign up for a new one with same login as previous?
I have a subscription plan that is set to recurring, using PayPal. When members subscribe, they are added to the "registered" and "subscribers" joomla groups. When they either cancel or expire they are removed from the "subscribers" group.

Hi Ari

For a recurring subscription, subscribers can can still renew the subscription if :

1. His current subscription is expired
2. And the plan has Enable Renewal set to Yes

So if the subscribers cannot renew, maybe you should edit the plan, check and make sure Enable Renewal set to No

The plan was already set to recurring and to allow renewals.

OK Ari. In this case, I think I will need to check it directly on your site. Please submit a support ticket sending us super user account of your site and tell me what I need to do to see the issue myself (step by step)

I will check and if there is something wrong with the setup, I will check and correct it for you
