Reactivating Subscriber was created by Stephen Hawkins
Hi, I have an issue. Actually 2 issues.

First: I registered a user a few weeks ago and the user (myself) cannot access the members area after signng in because the site says the membership has expired. It is a 1 year membership but it still expired.

Registered: 2023-08-06 - But he only registered a few weeks ago.
Last logged in: 2024-07-25 - This is the real registration date (or so I believe).

In the subscribers section of Membership Pro it says:

Program Plan Name - [ 08-06-2023 To 08-06-2024 ] - Expired

Note the Program Plan Name dates above. They are a year apart. The length of the plan. So it basically set the subscription start date to a year ago. And then expired the membership access this year.

Here are the php info relating to time zones:

date/time support    -     enabled
timelib version        -    2021.19
"Olson" Timezone Database Version    -    0.system
Timezone Database    -    internal
Default timezone    -    UTC

date.timezone    Europe/London    Europe/London

Any ideas what could be the cause of this?

Second: Is there a way to manually reactive the user? I tried extending the plan length, and adding the user back into the Plan Group and out of the Expired User group. But nothing makes the difference.

Thanks

PS: I discovered this because I have jooomla attached to Email Marketer and I kept getting emails that I already had. This must be because joomla is resending the user as a new user when the user is moved from one group to the Expired user group.

Thanks Tuan, I will post a ticket later doday.

Its actually occurring on two of my sites and I suspect others. So, am thinking it is some server config issue?

I will just give the details of the one main site and after you discover the cause I can implement that on other sites.
I appreciate this, thank you.

Ill post the ticket later today. Thanks Again Tuan.
