Latest Version Lost Custom Field Info from Subscriptions Form

I just installed the latest version of Membership Pro this morning and the Subscription Manager: Edit Subscription page is not showing all the data the previous version did.
Please help as my colleagues need to update and see this data as soon as possible.
Is there a way I can roll back to the previous version to quickly get them back up and running?
I can't find a place to download previous versions sorry but maybe I'm rushing myself

Please submit a support ticket sending us super user account of your site and explain exactly what I need to do to see the error

I'm going to check to see why the issue happens and get it sorted

I have created a support ticket with the info I hope you need.
It is: [#138391] - Update to 3.6.2 has hidden lots of Subscription info
