Hi-

Testing new site and am periodically getting a timeout-or-duplicate error that prevents a subscription from being processed. Can you please tell me what this is? I am assuming I can do a language override for the error message? Perhaps providing a more descriptive error will help users if they get this.

Hi Karen

Usually, this is something causes by captcha plugin you are using. What captcha plugin you are using on your site ?

If it is needed, go to Membership Pro -> Configuration, set Enable Captcha config option to No to disable captcha and the error will be gone

I am using the Invisible Captcha plugin that is recommended for Membership Pro. Is this due to the same person doing testing over and over?

Okay, from what I have read online, the captcha session is only 2 minutes long, so it should only be triggered on Submit. How do I figure out when captcha is actually being triggered? 2 minutes is not necessarily enough time for a user to complete a form. Is it the plugin itself that triggers captcha or is it Membership Pro?

That's handled by the captcha plugin itself. But I'm unsure where did you read that it's 2 minutes?
