Advice required after import of users

Hi,
I have a membership plan setup which will go for 1 year  (1st Sept '24 > 1st Sept '25) 
I have imported 300+ users from a woocommerce subscription - their subscription comes to an end in September '24
Some of the imported users had Stripe manual, Stripe SEPA Direct Debit and others offline payment
When I import these users into the plan I want them to renew for 24-25
Questions:

1. Should the plan I create be Recurring Subscription = Yes
2. If Yes does it mean the imported users pay manually first (when i send them a reminder) then future payments are automatically deducted? 
3. For stripe payments do i need to import the transaction_id column? - what happens if i dont have this info when they try to renew?

Hi

1. Yes. If you want the plan to be automatic renewal, then set Recurring Subscription setting of the plan to Yes

2. That's right.

3. Better import transaction_id so that you can find the transaction from Stripe in the future for each subscription if needed. But this is not needed. The system does not depend on that transaction_id data to work
