Import Subscribers Error - Please Enter Your Name

I am on 3.4.0 and attempting to import a list of subscribers from an excel file (created from the sample I downloaded). When I attempt to import the file, I get an error on the screen that says "Please Enter Your Name".

Any idea what this means and what I should do to correct it?

I guess it happens because you do not have data at least for first_name and last_name column of the field, so the system could not get name data to create the user account for the subscription

Please make sure you follow instructions here docs.joomdonation.com/membershippro/subs...t/import-subscribers and import will work well

BTW, your subscription was expired. Please renew your subscription to update to latest version and continue receiving support and update from us
