Off topic - Reset Password

This may be more of a Joomla question, but so far internet searches have not given an answer.

In my Membership Pro site when I go to the login, it has the abiltilty to allow a user to use a Forgot Password function. It has one for the Forgot User Name function.

In my case the Forgot User function works but the Forgot Password does not. There are no error message and there are no items in the logs.
The email  server works fine. Test emails work fine both from Joomla server settings and email user accounts.

I am trying to regain the functionality of the Forgot Password.  I did run into a problem where there was an issue involving Captcha but that was resolved.  

I am using the current version of Joomla 4.x

I am hoping there may be a Joomla expert here who can help me get the Forgot Password sorted. Any help, advice is appreciated.

The forgot password feature is actually handled by Joomla core, so it should work. In your case, I'm unsure why it is not working, so I guess you will need to have a developer to look at it and get it sorted for you
