Subscripton Form Question was created by John Willems
I have moved MemPro to a new server. I have run into an issue. When I select Sign Up from the Plans page,  the user gets a resource not found error. The Subscription Form does not load. 



What is needed for the Sign Up to bring up the Subscription Form?

Anyone have a suggestion?

Just an update. Tuan was able to quickly see the issue.

I use Captcha on the site, when I moved the site for some reason the Secret Key did not port over. I was able to reacquire the key and enter it. If you move servers don't forget your Captcha settings.
