Cannot Publish and Unpublish Payment Plugins: Joomla 5.1

Hi-

I am using Joomla 5.1 with Membership Pro 3.6.1, having done the following series of upgrades: Joomla 3.10.12->Joomla 4.4.4->Joomla 5.1.0.

I was using PayPal and Offline Check as payment methods In Joomla 3.10.12. I noticed as I was working on the subscription forms in Joomla 5.1.0 that only PayPal was showing as a payment method. I looked at the Payment Plugins in the backend and saw that PayPal and Authorize.net plugins were published, and everything else was unpublished. I tried to unpublish Authorize.net and publish Offline Check, and their status did not change. 

I have the site on Maximum Error reporting with Debug as I rebuild the site in Joomla 5.1 and nothing is showing. As a matter of fact, I get a success message when I try to change the status of the plugins, but their actual status does not change.

That is strange to me. Could you please submit a support ticket sending us super user account of your site so that I can check it ?
