Membership Pro Captcha not working: Joomla 5.1 was created by Karen Griffin
Hello-
I am using Joomla 5.1 and Membership Pro 3.6.1 with captcha enabled in the configuration. I have made sure that the invisible Captcha plugin is installed and enabled with the correct keys. However, an error shows up on the front end Membership Form as follows:
"You need to enable Joomla captcha so that captcha can be used in Membership Pro"
What do I need to do to get captcha to work?
Thanks.

Hello
The issue happens because Joomla team removed the captcha plugin from Joomla 5, unfortunately. You can :
1. Get the attached plugin, install it to your site
2. Then follow instructions at docs.joomla.org/J3.x:Google_ReCaptcha to configure that recaptcha plugin on your site
3. Go to System -> Global Configuration, set Default Captcha config option to the captcha plugin above.
After that, the error will be gone

Thanks. It was the setting in Global Configuration that was missing. All good now.
