Membership status stuck on Pending but says Expired in Record

Hi, 
How do I remove Pending from a record and make them Expired?
If I run a Report to show users with Subscription State Pending how do I remove this Pending status and make them Expired? In Edit Subscription their Subscription End Date is in the past, their Payment Information Status is Expired but still they show as Pending.

The issue is not very clear to me. If the subscription is expired like in the screenshot, I do not know why it is Pending as you said

Maybe you can submit a support ticket sending us super user account of your site and tell me step by step what I need to do to see the error like you said.

I will check to see why the issue happens and get it sorted
