Is plug_cbmembershippro.zip compatible with latest version Membership Pro

Is "plug_cbmembershippro.zip" compatible with latest version Membership Pro  and Joomla 5.
I download it from documentation and Joomla says : JInstaller: Install: impossible to find Joomla! XML  initialisation file.

This is a very important feature when we are using both Community Builder and Membership Pro

Yes. It is compatible. But the plugin must be installed via CB Plugins Management, not via Joomla Extensions installer
