Output being displayed white on white

I am getting some output displaying as white on white - therefore not visible and cannot see why.  Two examples - each shown in attached screen shots:
1. On the manage subscription table - some headings are in clear black print - others are white and only show if they are highlighted (then white on blue)
2. On the subscription complete response after payment everything shows except the email - which is successfully written to the database and can be see if I go into inspect and change the color of the element

I am also not getting accounts created - although I was earlier - must have changed something and didn't realize what was happening.  I will look further at that but the white on white is a mystery to me.

For this, we will have to check it directly on your site. Please submit a support ticket sending us super user account of your site and link to the page which I can see the error

I'm going to check to see why the issue happens and get it sorted
