Hello,

Is it possible to import group members from a csv file ? If so, what does the file look like ?

In this case, I mean, users would appear in the group members list and not in the general subscription list.

Hi

Yes, you can import group members in the same way with import normal subscribers. The only difference is that in the file, there will be a new column called group_admin_id . It needs to contains Joomla User ID of the group admin of the group

Thanks Tuan.

I tried but it did not work.

Users ended up in the main section "Subscribers" instead of the "group members" section.

I used the usual template and added the column for the joomla ID number of the group admin (attached file).
Any idea?

Could you attach the file you are using to import so that I can check? As I said, you need to have group_admin_id column in the file

Look good to me. I don't know why they are not really being imported as group members. Could you please submit a support ticket sending us super user account of your site and link to the page so that I can check it?
