Group Members shill showing as Active after subscription expired

We are using Menu item Members List Column Layout. It is set up to show Group Members Active.  (See screenshot)
However, It is showing members where the membership Expiration date is past (31st March). See screenshot.
The Group Holder has been expired, but it looks like the member(s) have not.
Have I done something wrong here in the settings?

Could you please check to see if that group member subscription is still Active or it is already expired ?

Hi Tuan, 
All our memberships (individual and Group) , expired on 31st March 2024.
We have started selling new memberships, including group, but none of the new memberships are included in this problem.
I have attached screenshots of a group membership and the associated group members, all of them showing expired.

For this, we will have to check it on your site again. So please submit a support ticket sending us:

1. Super user account of your site

2. Link to the page

3. Tell me the Member who should not be displayed but still being displayed there.

I will check to see why the issue happens and get it sorted
