New subscription vs Renew Subscription was created by David Unwin
I think I know the answer to this, but I wanted to check.
We allow people to renew their current subscription and we also allow new subscriptions. When someone buys a subscription, I don't think the registration record has details about if it is a new subscription or whether it is a renewal. Am I correct? In other words, there is no distinction between new subscription and renewal in the registration record.
Kind regards
David

Actually, it has the information. From Subscriptions Management screen, you can filter for subscription records base on it's kind :
- New Subscription
- Subscription Renewal
- Subscription Upgrade

Tuan

Hi Tuan,
Thanks for that. I was just looking at exported registration records thinking there would be a field there to indicate renewal, new, upgrade etc.
However, I can work with your suggestion.
Thanks again.

OK David. Maybe I can show that information on the export result as well. I will let you know if I decide to implement it

Thanks Tuan,
It would be useful for us. I have added it to Feature Wish List. Not urgent as we have a workaround.
Thanks
