Problem changing renewal date

Hi Tuan

We changed a plan renewal date from 31st March to the 30th Sept and have adjusted the fee to cover the 6 month changeover period. Members are now starting to renew their membership but when they do, their renewal date is being set to 31st March 2025 instead of the 30th Sept 2024. The fee they are being charged is the corrected one.

Here are the settings, have I missed something?

For the plan with fixed expiration date like this, the subscription lengths should be 1 years, 2 years, 3 years... Subscription Length in Months, Weeks and Days are not being supported

For the wrong renewal date, you set Overlap Period to 30 days. From today to 31-03-2024, there are less than 30 days left, so one extra year is added to people subscription

If you still want all renewal to be expired on 31-03-2024, you need to set Overlap Period to 0
