Move data from one site to another

I am in the process of upgrading (j3 to j4) a site with Membership pro in it and during the new build i transferred the databases to the new site and everything looks like it is copied across and is working well.
It will take another week or so to finalise the site and then i want to copy the data across again to get it up to date before going live on the new site.
The thing is i dont want the old config etc to move across and change the new site config as i have made some changes on the new site so which of these db's do i need to move again and which ones can i leave alone please to just update the data for the last few weeks?

• jos_usergroups
• jos_users
• jos_user_keys
• jos_user_notes
• jos_user_profiles
• jos_user_usergroup_map
• jos_viewlevels

Exactly what data are changed recently on old site? Maybe only new subscriber added? If so, try to move the following tables:
- jos_users
- jos_user_usergroup_map
- jos_user_keys
- jos_user_profiles
- jos_osmembership_subscribers
- osmembership_field_value
