Invoice not being generated and Membership id Blank

Invoice not being generated and Membership id Blank was created by David Unwin
We are just testing our Membership System for this year. We only sell memberships from April through to July.
We have upgraded MP to the latest version. We have not changed anything else.
The only thing that has changed is that we now use Stripe for payment instead of PayPal
On our tests, we see that invoices are not being produced and sent to the user and the administrator. The membership card is being produced, but there is no Membership ID either
See screenshots of the settings. Any idea on why they are not being produced??

Are you using Stripe or Stripe Checkout? And it is one time or recurring subscription plan? I have feeling that you haven't configured Stripe Webhook yet and that's the reason causing this issue

Hi Tuan,
We are using Stripe Checkout.
It is a one time plan.
Everything looks good from Stripe.
I have attached some screenshots from Stripe and settings for the Stripe plugin and plans.
I can't see any more that I can do to set up Stripe??

Another thing: Could you please check and make sure plugin System - Membership Pro is enabled? Maybe it was disabled by mistake ?

Hi Tuan,
plugin System - Membership Pro is enabled!
I have attached a screenshot of all the Membership Pro plugins that are disabled, none of which I can see would cause any problems.
I am using the Sandbox setting in the Stripe Plugin, but I can't see that would cause any problem either.

Hi David
That's strange to me. Everything looks good from your setup, so I don't know why the issue happens. In this case, please submit a support ticket sending me super user account of your site so that I can check it further

Tuan kindly looked at our settings.
For any other MP Users.
The problem was that I had a plan with a start date in the future, in my case i was registering one month in advance of the start date. If you have the same scenario. Users can buy tickets, but the invoice and membership ID will not be issued until the start date of the membership. This is logical if you think about it as you do not want to issue membership tickets in advance of the start date.
