Limit times for access to resource

Is there a way to do a number based limit to access resources? Say I want to let you use the resource 5 times in a month, if you hit that, you need to renew? And also you can limit it to a time period(eg a year) before you also need to renew?

1. Number base restriction is not supported

2. Time base restriction is supported. Basically, with the example you described, you just need to set Subscription Length of the plan to 1 year

we also have a situation where we need a plan that can be used 10 times and then expires. Since there seems to be no way to set this currently, our question is whether there is any trick or workaround to achieve this?
