How to keep the password when exporting Membership Pro from J3 to J4. Because currently, I lose it.

Due to security purpose, password is encrypted, and there is no way to recover the original password. So it could not be exported
You should find a way to update your site from Joomla 3 to Joomla 4, then users data will be included on Joomla 4 website database without having to export and import (and you do not loose password of users)

So, the field "password" doesn't have to appear in the import template file.
