Hi,
I have a site where people have to be approved for membership. Membership Pro is just great for that.
But, is there a way for it to recognize that a renewal is being generated and post a message about re-verifying the member's information so they know to fix any changes from the first time they registered? All the registration information fields are set to editable so they can change anything when renewing.
Right now I have a radio button field that asks them New / Renew and then generates a message on clicking Renew. But I'd like that to be automatic when they try to renew.
Is this possible?

Hi Sevi

I don't know what kind of message you want to display and where you want it to be displayed. However, at the top of subscription/renewal form, there is a customizable message already (new subscription and renewal subscription use a different message), maybe you can just use that message to display the information you want there ?

A bit more detail, please. Where exactly in the top of the form (what form?) is this new/renew? Are you saying in the plan display?

Hi Sevi

When subscribers go to Subscription Form to subscribe/renew subscription, there is a message displayed at the top of that form membershippro.joomservices.com/membershi...e-circle/pro/sign-up

That message is configurable. It could be a global message or customized for each subscription plan if needed.

    Hello Tuan,

    I was doing a research on the forum about this specific topic. I can find, on the plan configuration Emails and Message where to customise the Subscription Form Message, but for the Renewal Form, the only place I can change the message is on the component level, not on a plan level.

    I see all the Renewal emails to be customised, bot not the renewal form.

    It would be great if I could customize this messages for each plan.

    Yes, that's right. Currently, that's not supported for individual plan yet. I'm going to work on it and get it supported in near future
