Membership pro renewal date all reverting to 01 01 2024 - 01 01 2025

Hi there

I am looking at your renewals that are recurring and they are all reverting to 01 01 2024 - 01 01 2025 instead of the date they renewed on? See attached image. Can you let me know if a setting has changed. The odd one is staying at the date that their membership renews but the majority are not. I have it set to Create a new subscription on renewal and I wonder if it should be update a subscription?

Without check it directly on your site, it's hard for me to know what's wrong here. Please submit a support ticket sending us super user account of your site and tell me ID of the subscription record which is having the wrong date

I will check to see why the issue happens and get it sorted
