Group Members - No Membership Card or download

We want to start using the Membership card facility for all members including group members.
For our individual membership everything is fine, we can see the Member Card download column and we can download the member card
On group Memberships, the Group admin is also fine, we can see and download the member card.
However, when we go to Group Members, we can see the Plan No but there is no Member Card download column? See screen shot
Everything else with group membership works fine.
Have I missed something in the configuration? I can't see anything
