The system makes it possible to automatically create an invoice, which is very useful. 

But I was wondering if it is also possible for each member to upload my own invoice (I use a separate program to prepare my invoices) to his profile so that he can download it there?

And can, for example, a subscription be placed on pending and only approved by the admin, after which the adjusted invoice will be sent with the confirmation email?

Sorry Dennis. The invoice is generated automatically by the system for each subscription. There is no way for administrator to upload invoices for members as you want
