Member Card Regeneration?

I am making changes to the member card and they are not updating the pdf
How do i regenerate the cards for the changes to take effect?

Where do you make change? And where do you download it and not seeing the change ?

Maybe you setup Member Card Layout inside the plan, so the change in Configuration (Global Layout) does not have any effect ?

I make the change inside of the configuration->Member card Settings...AHHHH ok Thanks i have to do it inside the Specific Plan....

Please note that you do not need to setup layout inside each plan unless that plan needs different layout with the layout setup in Configuration

So if all the plans use same layout, please empty the layout setup inside the plan and only setup a single layout in Configuration (so that you only have to maintain it in one place)

That is not right. If you empty the layout inside the plan (maybe you should view source of the editor to make sure the layout is really empty), the layout from Configuration will be used

If you want, you can submit a support ticket sending me super admin account of the site and tell me step by step what I need to do to see the issue myself so that I can understand and check it for you.
