Joomla 4, New Install - Call to a member function loadArray() on null Error

Joomla 4, New Install - Call to a member function loadArray() on null Error was created by #Gannclub
I have created a new install of Joomla 4.3x on a new server which is also PHP 8.2
I have a few work arounds, i was using K2 and have since converted the articles back to native Joomla articles and transferred them to the new site using a paid tool
I have transferred the User databases to the new server
I have also transferred the Membership pro database files across,'
Then installed Membership Pro across
Everything looks to work perfectly until i got to edit a subscription where i get this error:
Looking for some help as i have spent hundreds and hundreds trying to get migrated to 4.3x
I should have just found a better platform and given up on Joomla.
