PayPal refund procedure when PayPal Email is set for specific plan

Hello,

I'd like to confirm the PayPal refund procedure.
I know usually administrator can perform refund from Membership Pro backend.

However, for some specific plans, PayPal Email is configured, which is different from the one configured in PayPal plugin.
In this case, I guess, you cannot perform refund from backend.

1. Admin need to login to PayPal account and perform a refund.
2. Then Admin will need to manually change the subscription status from 'Active' to 'Cancelled-Refunded'.

Is this correct?
Or will the PayPal refund automatically change the subscription status?

Hi

Yes. You are correct. In case the plan using a different PayPal account with the PayPal account configured in os_paypal payment plugin, then Yes, the process #1 and #2 needs to be handled manually as you described

You need to do both #1 and #2
