Page 404 Renewal

Hello, For a subscription to renew the button lands on a 404 page. I don't see a corresponding menu link, well I can't find the reason.
Can you tell me where I should do my research?

ps: my Joomla and MP are up to date

For this, I guess I have to check it directly on your site. Please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site and tell us what we need to do to see the error

We are going to check to see why the issue happens and get it sorted
